Committee
Runs the committee and oversees the general administration of the club.
Ensures that all administrative tasks run smoothly. All operational activities, ASA and other associations, forms and documentation. Maintains all Swim21 documentation so that our club is in compliance with Swim21 requirements.
Manages the finance of the club, which includes the production of finance statements and other documents required by the committee to run the club with sound financial basis.
Coordinates the participation of the club swimmers in other club's Open Meets
Volunteers
Keeps the squad memberships.

Membership Lists, Promotions Email and Management
Delivers email and other notifications to all club members. Maintains the email distribution lists. Coordinates the recruitment and organisation of all club volunteers.
Organises trials for new swimmers that wish to join the club. Helps operations of the teaching pool.
Manage the bookings and hires of all the pools used by the club. Runs the club shop.
Observes the good practice and child protection policies within the club. Helps with the submittion or CRB checks for all non-swimming club members
Manages the teaching pool and all its resources to provide the teaching scheme.
Supports all financial activities of the club.
Manage the retention and return of all trophies in care by the club.
Organises social events like the awards evening.
Keeps control of swimming badges and coordinates all other volunteers in different groups.
